Who we are

What we collect

• Your name, phone number, email address and town.
• Details of your business: its name, sector and Instagram account, and the packages and services you're interested in.
• Anything you send us through our forms, our AI assistant, Instagram, WhatsApp, phone or email.
• Your marketing preference, when you submitted a form, and how you found our site.
• If you become a client: contract, invoicing and payment details.

Why we use it

To review your enquiry and reply to you, answer your questions, set up and deliver our services, meet our accounting and tax obligations, improve our AI assistant's answers, send you offers and news if you've agreed to that, and protect our rights in the event of a dispute.

Our legal basis

Under Article 5/2 of the KVKK, we process your data where it's directly needed to enter into or perform a contract, where the law requires it, or where we have a legitimate interest that doesn't override your rights. We rely on your explicit consent (Article 5/1) for marketing messages and, where required, for transfers abroad.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that don't lead to working together: 6 months.
• Client data: for the length of the contract, then for the legal retention periods (10 years for commercial records).
• Marketing consent: until you withdraw it.
• Job applications: 4 months if we don't go ahead.

Cookies

This site uses essential cookies. Analytics (Google Analytics) and marketing (Meta Pixel) cookies run only if you accept them in the cookie banner. Our full cookie policy is in Turkish.

Who we share it with

Only as far as necessary: our service providers for site hosting (Cloudflare), workflow automation (Make.com), email and spreadsheets (Google Gmail and Google Sheets) and instant notifications (Telegram); with your consent, measurement and advertising services (Google Analytics, Meta); our accountant; public authorities where the law requires it; and lawyers in the event of a dispute. Some providers store data in the United States or the European Union, and these transfers follow Article 9 of the KVKK.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you can ask whether we process your data and request details of it, find out why we use it and who receives it, have it corrected or deleted, object to outcomes of automated analysis that affect you, and seek compensation for unlawful processing. Write to mediaomegatr@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
